It’s Called the 100 Club

Employee recognition is the acknowledgement of employees for excellent performance. Employees can earn rewards for doing their jobs well. While you might think a reward is a bonus or something of monetary value, employee appreciation doesn’t have to be extravagant. A small gesture can motivate employees and create a company culture that encourages employees to do their best.

The Aon 2018 Trends in Global Employee Engagement survey, conducted in 1,000 companies that employ 8 million people globally, showed recognition as “the strongest driver of engagement.”

Employee recognition can improve productivity and promote collaboration, both of which are vital to a company’s overall performance. It is also one of the best approaches for retaining staff and encouraging a culture of empowerment—where employees have the opportunity for self-improvement.

Our 100 Club does just that. It’s an employee recognition program designed to acknowledge Network Health employees who consistently achieve 100 percent on their audits conducted by our quality assurance department.

Here’s what it means to our employees.

“It’s so nice to be recognized, because I have worked really hard to get to this point. It makes me proud and I hope it’s an encouragement to my co-workers—by seeing that others can get 100, they can too.” -Jessica Binder, customer service representative

“Being recognized twice by the 100 club makes me feel awesome, it’s only reaffirming that I’m providing exceptional customer service to our members and our providers.” -Kristel Meyerhofer, health care concierge

“Having other departments deliver this award and express their thanks has been awesome, it’s a morale booster to be recognized for taking care of our members and doing the right thing at Network Health.” –Sheila Jackson, senior customer service representative

Recognition includes a 100 Grand candy bar, a certificate (or a sticker to place on the certificate for each subsequent 100 Club achievement) and an entry into a drawing for a quarterly prize.

Today, we are recognizing these Network Health employees who are all part of the 100 Club.
