Healthier Means Happier

Anne with pants

When we don’t feel good about our health, it shows. Before starting the Healthy Jumpstart Challenge, Anne didn’t like who she saw in the mirror and that was clear to her friends and loved ones. Health coach Julie Cleaves explains, “Anne would walk in the room, and she would look at the ground instead of your eyes.”

As Anne began making healthier choices, that started to change. The more she worked out and ate right, the better she felt. It wasn’t an easy journey, but Anne knew it was worth it. She was proud of the person she was becoming. “I feel like a new, healthier person. I have so much more energy and my self-confidence is bursting at the seams. I couldn’t be happier.”

From March 1, 2016 – March 1, 2017 Anne Rappert lost 110 pounds and 57 inches. Anne’s health coaches, Sam Schnell and Julie Cleaves, decided they needed to celebrate Anne’s success over the past year. Anne had worked so hard, it was time for a little pampering. To match Anne’s new lifestyle, they decided to give her a whole new look.

Anne happily agreed. She wanted her outward appearance to match her new found confidence. Anne, Sam and Julie met with the stylists at Ahava Salon. The stylists talked with Anne and discussed possibilities before starting. Anne learned new makeup techniques first, then she was ready for her cut.

After working so hard with Julie and Sam in the gym over the past year, it was a nice change of pace to be able to sit back and enjoy her accomplishments.

It’s amazing how one year can completely change the trajectory of your health, career and family life. Anne has made some pretty incredible changes. She’s now able to be active with her two sons, Logan and Ryan, and she’s even earned a promotion at work.

Congratulations, Anne. All of us at Network Health are inspired by your success. Wishing you all the best as you continue your new healthy lifestyle.

Anne. I love you in both pictures, but am so PR0UD of what you have accomplished. Losing the weight, getting active again and getting off meds. I have read the comments, but have always known that you are beautiful inside and out. Love you more… Mom

You look absolutely amazing Anne. Listening to your story at Bunco brought tears to my eyes. I am so happy for you as I know how it feels to get healthy and lose weight and I only lost 1/3 of what you did. It’s amazing how it makes us happier with ourselves because we feel so good. I am so proud of you for sticking with this for an entire year. It’s surprising what we can do when we put our minds to it.
