That’s why every year our members receive a helpful guide called “How to Use Your Health Plan.” This tool explains what members can expect from their coverage for the upcoming year and how to get the most out of their benefits.
Recently, our 2014 Medicare Advantage “How to Use Your Health Plan” guide received special recognition by the Generations Award panel. The Generations Award is an annual international competition for excellence in senior marketing. It evaluates materials based on design, content, communication effectiveness and overall excellence.
Our “How to Use Your Health Plan” guide is just one way Network Health works to end the jargon and make health insurance more straightforward. It’s a different approach which our members have always appreciated and now is internationally recognized for its effectiveness.
