At Network Health, we make things easier for our members. One of the biggest ways we’ve made things a little easier is by introducing paperless communication.
Getting your notices instantly delivered electronically isn’t just good for the planet. It’s also good for you. By signing up for paperless communication, you’re ensuring that the messages you get from Network Health are up to date, delivered quickly and, best of all, you’ll have peace of mind because they’re fully secure.
More secure than traditional mail, Network Health paperless communication allows you to receive notices, plan information and more without the risk of anybody getting access to your personal information.
Your email address is all you need to get your member materials, plan notifications, statements, claims and anything else you may currently be getting in the mail. You can also choose to receive health and wellness tips from our experts.
Because you can access your notices anywhere you have an internet connection, your information is always on hand. This means being able to see notices, statements, member information and even more at home, at the doctor’s office or wherever your path takes you.
Just like getting your materials emailed, choosing paperless communication is simple and straightforward through your Network Health member portal. If you don’t have access to a computer at the moment, you can also call the number on the back of your member ID card to have it set up for you.
To start, click here to access the member portal, using the login and password you normally would to check your information.
Once in the member portal, click where it says your name and then account in the upper right-hand portion of the screen.
Scroll down, and you will see an orange button that allows you to change your communication preferences.
Under My Communication Preferences, click “Change My Communication Preferences.” Make sure all of the buttons are clicked for "email." Click save, and you are free to log out. Your preferences have been updated.
