Dental Benefit

Members can visit any dentist in Wisconsin and payments are made through a reimbursement process. After receiving services, members fill out a reimbursement form and send it in. Network Health will then reimburse them for eligible expenses.

Eligible expenses include the following.

  • Two annual dental exams
  • Two annual dental cleanings
  • One annual bite-wing dental x-ray
  • One fluoride treatment for members through age 18.

Pharmacy Benefits

Through our partnership with Express Scripts®, Inc. (ESI), members have access to an extensive pharmacy network, both large chain and local.

Out-of-Pocket Protection
Out-of-pocket protection maximizes assistance programs from manufacturers.

It tracks copayment assistance as secondary insurance at the specialty pharmacy and adjusts accumulators accordingly.

Preventive Services

Network Health offers preventive services at no cost to members when they visit a doctor within our provider network. Network Health follows the recommendations of the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). Covered preventive services include the following.

  • Annual wellness and well child visits
  • Blood pressure screening
  • Breast cancer and colorectal cancer screenings
  • Cholesterol and diabetes screenings
  • Flu and shingles vaccines
  • Pap and HPV test (cervical cancer screening)
  • Tobacco counseling and interventions
  • And many more

MDLIVE® Virtual Visits

Virtual visits through MDLIVE are a great way to save time and money when your employees experience non-emergency symptoms. By using a phone, smartphone, tablet or computer, members can connect with a board-certified physician or pediatrician for treatment of a wide range of conditions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can also get prescriptions filled, if needed.
