I have a Medicare Advantage plan

Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(From October 1–March 31, we're available 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. )

If you have questions and would like to ask them in person, feel free to stop by our Menasha or Brookfield office.To ensure we are available to answer your questions, we encourage you to schedule appointments between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and noon and 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Walk ins are welcome during these times, however, you may experience a short waiting period compared to scheduling an appointment.

Reports are confidential and you may detail concerns anonymously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your concerns will be promptly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to address the problem.
