The Pulse is a monthly newsletter produced by Network Health to inform our providers of current and upcoming news. The newsletter provides the latest industry news, claims policy and procedure updates, tips about programs available to you and your patients, updates from departments such as pharmacy and utilization management, code changes and more.

Contact your Network Health Provider Operations Manager

Each of our participating provider partners is assigned a designated provider operations manager. The provider operations manager is your contact for questions related to the contact, helps resolve provider appeal/disputes and claims/payment issues, provider portal training and education on current and new payment policy and procedures. The team is available for in-person visits, as well as phone calls via Microsoft Teams. Please see contact information below.
